Early New Years Resolution
Life's about to get much busier with my first little one on the way:-)Better find some time now, right?
So, to help with my procrastination, I'm going out on a limb here and making an early New Years Resolution. Starting in 2010 I vow to make a blog post every 2 weeks....I know it's a stretch...but I can do it!
Speaking of resolutions....do you have an interesting New Years Resolution this year? Or do you throw the resolutions out the window all together since they seem to be so hard to stick to?
Peace Out!

~ Ways to Feed Your Soul ~
1) Put on some music and dance like no one is watching! This is something you can do during daunting household chores or while you're getting ready in the morning. You can even make it a family event. Turn off the boob tube and the computer and crank up the tunes. The kids are sure to love it. Just watching them will make your heart glisten a little more.
2) Find a good book and spend at least 30 minutes a day reading it. Don't think you can find the time? Take your book and a throw blanket to work with you. Go outside at lunch and find a nice spot under a tree and start reading!
3) Start a journal. A journal can be used to reflect on many things in your life from personal self reflection and exploration to documenting family history or even as an art journal. Starting a journal will not only feed your soul, but it will spark your creativity and allow you to focus on whats really important in life. Don't think you have time to write...Keep your journal beside your bed and each night before you turn out the lights, jot down a few thoughts to reflect on your day.
One of the ways I am feeding my soul is by making journals. This gives me time to reflect on my life and express my creativity, with hope that I can help others find the direction in life they are looking for. Visit my Etsy Site at http://feedyoursoulthreads.etsy.com/
Remember, no matter what you are doing to Feed Your Soul, it is necessary to live a happy and balanced life :-)
